Child Having Bumps On Forehead With No Injuries. What Could It Be?

I noticed earlier today that my 4 year old son has a bump on his left side of his forehead. He did not hit his head or had any other injuries. Then later tonight I noticed another bump (or possibly lump) on the middle of his forehead. He seems fine, usual normal self. What could it be? It doesn't look like hives, it looks like a swelling bump/lump like he was hit on the head. I'm a very concerned parent. Please answer.

Hi,
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
The bump could be due to trivial trauma or an insect bite.
But still urticaria also present like bump.
Nothing to worry if there is no pain or discomfort to the child.
Consult the pediatrician if the size is increasing or causing pain.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
