Child Having Cold, Cough, Running Nose. Allegra Not Effective. Prescribed Livolin, Budocort, Maxtra For Phlegm

Hi doc jus wanted to check my daughter is 3 yrs old frm past two weeks she is having cold & cough sneezes runny nose gave Allegra still nothing worked so switch to cetrezine asked my ped she recommended budsal 0.5mg now it's been a week she saying giv livolin .31 & budocort 0.5 so is it better? Apart any syrup for clearing the phlegm I gave maxtra

It would be beneficial if you could also start Normal Saline Nebulization that will take care of allergic cough. (Normal saline is free from any side effects and is proved to be very effective in allergic cough and also to make the sputum more liquid so that it can be expectorated out).
