From the values you mentioned, I can say that the
refractive error is minimal only.
But there is chance of increase in error till 18-20 yrs of age.
That depends on the overall growth, axial length of eye ball and corneal curvature.
We can't stop the progress in the power.
But don't worry... we can take some measures to restrict the increase in the power like taking dietary supplements of Vit A( carrots, papaya, green leafy vegetables, milk,
liver etc.,).
Make your kid wear glasses all the time just to make sure that vision is good.
Get his eyes checked up regularly ( yearly or half yearly dependidng on doctor's advice).
