i have had neck pain for a few months and have taken physiotherapy for the same.It was ok for a few days but its back again now.Should i go i have an mri scan done.the back of my skull also aches sometimes wid blurring vision although the vision issue could be due to lenses i wear. but the back of my eyes hurt too and one of my eyelids is drooping
You are having neck pain and an eye problem. This eye problem should be investigated an an urgent basis by a neurologist. You will require an MRI of the brain and neck. This neck ache at the back of the skull could be related to the eye condition. If the MRI is normal then the eye issue may be treated by an eye doctor. Please take pain relief medications, Naproxen, Ibuprofen or Diclofenac.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. George Verghese, Orthopedic Surgeon
