Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You are having neck pain and an eye problem. This eye problem should be investigated an an urgent basis by a neurologist. You will require an MRI of the brain and neck. This neck ache at the back of the skull could be related to the eye condition. If the MRI is normal then the eye issue may be treated by an eye doctor. Please take pain relief medications, Naproxen, Ibuprofen or Diclofenac.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. George Verghese, Orthopedic Surgeon
