Child Having Eyes Rolling To The Back Of The Head, Locked Jaw, Crooked Mouth, Pacing, Fists Turned Up Post Intake Of Saphris For Induced Psychotic Episode. Is It Normal?

My son just started Saphris for a drug induced psychotic episode. The doctor has now prescribed Cogentin to take with it as he had a horrible reaction: eyes rolling to the back of his head, lock jaw, crooked mouth, pacing, fists turned up like a mentally retarded patient might have etc. What type of reaction is this and is it common. Is their risk of it happening again even with Cogentin?
