Child Having Regular Fever And Heavy Cold, Mouth Ulcers And Inactive
hello sir ,
my 22 month son having regular fever , and cold and now from last 4 days, he got fever now it is fine,
still heavy cold and he is not eating properly for past 3 days. seems b'cos of mouth ulcer ,and crying and he is not active as regular. from today
medicine we gave is calpol( paracetamol syrup ),8 ml and meftal p(Mefenamic Acid IP) 3.5 ml every 5 hours when fever. and Frisium half tablet ,

hello,welcome to healthcare magic forum,Baby is inactive because he is not well.so you start syrup-avil 6ml once in the night,for fever give calpol syrup as you are giving.Mouth ulcers are because of nutrition deficiency so for that give syrup B-complex 8ml once in a day.along with that add more vitamins & protein in his diet(fruits,juices,pulses,green veg etc).good luck.
