Child Having Severe Back Pain Causing Difficulty In Walking, Talking Or Breathing.

My 11 year old son has been having sever pain in his back that started just today. The first time had him crying. The pain fades away but has returned several times today. It doesnt seem to matter what he is doing. He said its a huge dull pain slightly lower than his sholder blades and its hard to walk, talk or breath while the pain is there.
