Child Having Worms For Which Medication Not Given. Stomach Infection Treated With Nizonide. No Appetite. Give Zentel Syrup Without Finding Any Worm?
Found a small worm at the anus of my 2 yr old daughter about a month back. Dr suggested zentel 10ml & repeat after 3 weeks. But didn't find any after that & we didn't give the medicine. After that she had a stomach infection which was treated with nizonide. But now she has lost her apetite drastically and chewing whatever she finds near her. People suggesting about worm but didn't find any in stool test. Should we give zentel now for reworking without finding any more worm.

take care of her hygiene and improve her diet.

You can't see small worms every time so you have to complete course of zentel,It will be helpful to improve digestion and also keep regular follow up for this.
You can give more liquid,nutritious diet.
Avoid chocolates,ice cream and fry foods.
