Your son definitely had a significant impact on the skull bone to cause a dent there. If it is painful, we may need to exclude a
fracture of the skull bone there. Skull
X ray or
CT scan of the head would be useful.
Asymmetry of pupil size upto one mm is considered normal, in this case, it is 2 mm. So, we need to closely observe for any neurological worsening, such as headache,
vomiting,
drowsiness, etc. If any such symptoms are noted, you should take him to ER.
