Child Is Suffering From Loose Motions. Only On Breast Milk. His Weight Is Constant. Recently Gave Him Vaccination. Suggestions?

my 2 months old son is suffering from loos motions. He is continuously having motions 8 to 10 every day since one week. he is feeding Brest milk only (feeding only from mother). but as we checked his weight on Thursday that is constant as we had checked on last week. some time he vomit milk but some time not every time (i think due to digestion problem).
Few day before (on 29/5/13) given him vaccination injections dose and spoke to our doctor (child specialist he given two medicine 1. z&D zink Powder
Kindly suggest. we are worry about the same.

Most likely it is due to gastrocolic reflex at this age.
Your child is active and playful than no need to worry it will recover within 10 to 15 days.Otherwise continue lactobasillus and zink sachates under guidance of your pediatrician.Take local care at anal region,Keep that area proper dry and clean.
