Hi,
Thank you for your query,
Without having her complete clinical data, reports and witout examining her personally , it is very difficult to give a prognosis or outcome.
The treating
Pediatrician and the
neurologist are the best persons to tell the prognosis and her outcome after recovering from the acute event.
But one thing in children, because of neural tissue plasticity the outcome may be favourable in comparision to the adults.
But with brain fever complications like mental retardation,
seizure disorder, and paralysis complications will be there.
The extent of
brain injury, complications, cause , and the control of seizures will decide the final outcome.
But drugs, and
physiotherapy can be used to treat or improve some of complications.
Be strong, discuss with the treating doctors and I hope your child recover from this event without sequlae.
Hope I have answered your query.
