Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Combiflam is nothing but a combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen. It does not cause sedation. You can use crocin or combiflam, anything you like. But crocin (paracetamol) is preferable.

Hope this answer is OK for you. Further queries invited.

Regards,
Dr. M. V. Subrahmanyam
