Child Suffering From Fever, Have Test Results. Can Any Online Doctor Help?
Dear Dr. My 5 yrs daughter suffering fever from 3 days. High fever (101 to 103 deg. Celsius) doctor prescribed Meftal P, Her CRP is 22.2. Should I need to admit her in hospital. Her Rbc is 4.2 mill/Cumm , PCV 32.7%, WBC 0000 cells/cumm Neutrophils 73%, platelet count 1.80 Lakhs

it is viral as in viral infections the platelets are decreases
you need to have treatment for viral as viral take 3 week to go and medicines dont work they are given to control symptomps
use hyderotherapy plenty of fluids in any form 4 times per hour from minimum to maximum it will increse the platelets
rest is needed and symptom wise treatment medicines
you need to get platelet count frequently as lowering of platelets beyond 50000 may need hospitalisation
