Child Tested For Thyroid. Medicine Needed?

my newborn baby girl is about 3 months now. we had her checked for throid disorders as i had hyperthyroid and was treated with medication through pregnancy. first results were TSH 2.78 , free T3 is 7,free T4 is 2 these test was taken 7 days from birth we rechecked after 2 months, results are TSH 2.38, FREE T3 is 5.7, Free T4 is 1.6 what does these results mean and should she be taking any medication?

It would be better if you post a query with the units given alongside. The lab must have given you results in some in units like IU/ml or IU/L or some other unit. It is otherwise difficult to comment on the status as such.
