Child With Fever, Swollen Glands In Throat, Vomiting. No Bowel Movements. Advice?

My 3 year old daughter developed a fever of 102 yesterday. She vomited yesterday....once. Today she has not vomited but fever is still spiking up to 102. She has one swollen gland in front of throat and a swollen lymph node on back of neck. Her tongue is white and she's had no BM's for two days.

Wondering what it might be. I've been giving her children's Tylenol and fluids but she's not drinking a lot nor is she eating that much.
