Child's Nose Swollen, Vomitted, Having Headache After Face Was Slammed Into Ground. Concussion?

My 5 year old slammed my 7 year old boys face into the ground and his nose looks swollen at the bridge, he threw up and has a head ache is it broken?
could he have a concussion? I'm worried.

I gave him Tylenol for the head ache and an ice pack for his nose bleed he's acting normal and reading as I type to you lol... but it was a pretty tough blow to the ground.. or to his face I should say. Boys!

greetings,

you are true.boys will be boys.but yes though the injjury seems fine now,but again you should be a little more vigilant.just make sure the boy doesnt throw up again also ideally the swelling and pain should also go.but incase you see that its not coming down you should show to a gp.
