Chronic Asthmatic, Have Extensive Polypoidal Sinus Mucosal Disease. Explain

I am chronic asthmatic and have: extensive polypoidal sinus mucosal disease, most marked in the maxillary antrum. Evidence of previous maxillary and ethmoid surgery (yes x 2) some hyperostosis of the right side of the sphenoid sinus, a degree of chronicity. Do you think I will need surgery again? Right side thickening 1.5cm left side 1.7cm defects in the medial walls of the maxillary antra bilaterally

take doxi 100 mg bd for 3 wk
allegra 120 mg od for 3 months
syp benedryl i tsf night for 3 months
aply neomycin h eye ointment in nose sea water 2 drops each nose at nght allfor 3 months
a;omg with eliminating diet completely acordng to results you will have ecve llent results in 3 months
