Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The causes of the cough could be upper respiratory, and lower respiratory. The lower respiratory could be due to
bronchitis,
bronchiectasis, asthma, or
pneumonia, or
tuberculosis. As the reports are normal, it is excluded.
the upper respiratory infections are
pharyngitis,
laryngitis, and uvulitis. The uvula is a projection from the posterior end of the soft palate, when it inflames causes irristible cough.
I to my patient with such cough prescribe
erythromycin 5oo mg, pseudo ephidrine , levocitrizine, and dextro metharfan.
Avoid taking fruits, juices, sweats, and cooling items.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
