Hello
Your uric acid levels are normal.
You can eat sunflower seeds without shell.they are very good anti cholesterol and antioxidants.
You must control your blood sugar levels and blood pressure very meticulously as both of them are recognized as a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease and when both co exist ,the risk is not merely added up but compounded.
Do regular exercises and walk.
As far as anti diabetic medicines is concerned, you should consult your doctor or a diabetologist, who can advise after proper examination and investigations.
It is not possible for a online doctor to treat a chronic ailment.
I hope you understand.
Thanks

hi vinita.. you need to bring about a change in your lifestyle like start with brisk walks daily for 1 hour to control BP and sugar.. eat small meals every 2-3 hours.. due to high uric acid you have to avoid red meat and organ meats..have chicken, fish in moderate amounts.. focus more on fiber and whole foods like fruits, nuts, salads, oats, jowar, brown rice etc.. avoid junk, fried and sweets as much as possible.. have dates to curb sugar cravings.. keep dinner light like soups, salads veggies.. drink coconut water to help control BP.. drink plenty of water.. sleep well..
