Chronic Joint Pains, Extreme Soreness In Back, Burning In Hips, Body Pain, Eases On Standing. Suggestion?
having problems with knee/ joint pain for years, recently knee gave out fell down stairs. nauseaed the entire day of fall. extremely sore today, went to work had to leave couldnt sit down without burning in back and hips. feel okay if i stand and not move but when i move i feel pain all over my body. hard to walk, cant lift legs, shuffle along. Burning in back and hips did not occur until after fall. any suggestions. Saw a doctor todays, xrays of knee and spine in the am.
The primary management involves giving adequate rest to the injured tissues, avoid putting additional strain on them, Ice packing once in 2 hours to alleviate the pain, analgesics & muscle relaxant medications as needed, moist heat application over the affected areas to relax the muscles.
A proper clinical examination and appropriate investigations are necessary to diagnose any deep seated injuries.
