Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Your main issue seems to be the lower back pain. If we are looking at the causes for
low back pain, it can be from bones, muscles, nerves or organs. You said that you have undergone the
ultrasound scans and x-rays. Though I could not see your results, I presume that they were normal. I would also like to know if you have done X-ray and
MRI of your spine and the results. You can get pain if there is any cause in the bone part of spine, the nerves or the muscles. That can be identified by proper investigation as mentioned above. Once the problem is identified, it would be easier to treat. Loss of appetite and
vomiting can be due to long term use of pain killers, if you were using them.
You also need to take regular exercise to strengthen your back muscles and avoid lifting heavy weights by yourself. If you are in a work where you have to sit for long, make sure you take a walk and stretch at least once in an hour. Sitting posture needs to be straight without any
stress on your back. Hope this answer helps to reduce your pain and suffering. If any further queries, I would be happy to be at your service. Thank you.
Regards
