Clear Discharge After Taking Hcg Shot. Can I Be Pregnant Even If Tests Show Negative ?

hi i have a clear discharge 9 days after taking an hcg shot. before that i was on fertomid 100 mg. the shot was given on day 13 of menstrual cycle. Doctor told us to have sex on day 2 and 4 after taking the shot. Today is day 22 of cycle. can i still be pregnant although the pregnancy test show negative after just 9 days of taking the shot?
