It can be inflammatory bowels disease, colon cancer or simple hemorrhoids (however liquid discharges are not characteristic for it). It is possible for urine to come out from anus due to fistula between urinary bladder and rectum. Usually it also gives severe urinary tract infections and obscure urine.
