Cloudy Urine, Smells Like Black Pepper, Smell Occurs Mainly In The Morning. Treatment Options?
Hello, I ve been having a problem with my urine smelling like black pepper it started about a month ago and it isn t every time I go mainly in the mourning! Some times its pretty strong though. I m getting ready to start my period again that s how I know it s been about month since it started. What does this mean Also my urine is kinda cloudy

Cloudy and foul smelling urine could indicate a Urinary tract infection.
You should do urine analysis and urine culture and an ultrasound of the kidneys and bladder.
See a physician with these test results and he/she can prescribe you appropriate antibiotics if there are signs of infection.
