Cold, Chest Congestion; Ears Were Stuffed, Painful. What Is The Treatment?

I had cold/ chest congestion and my ears were stuffed as well, so I pinched my nose and blew air in my cheeks and my left ear "popped" and was very painful! Now it feels like I have water in my ear. Very muffled sounds; although I can hear from that ear, it feels and sounds wierd. Should I see my Dr? It's been a day already and no relief.

Hi.
It seems that you are having viral infection.
Take decongestant tablet for 2-3 days and you will be alright.
Do Vicks vapor inhalation.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
