Hello and welcome to HCM,

The history of cold, fever, sinus pressure, chest congestion and cough suggests infection of the upper respiratory tract.
Saline gargles, antipyretic, brochodilator syrup, and antibiotics are required for clearing up the symptoms.
Azithromycin (antibiotic) is commonly prescribed for upper respiratory infections.
However, consult your doctor before taking any drug.
If the cough is productive, i.e. if associated with sputum, culture and sensitivity of the sputum may be required.
Orange tint in vision may be due to discharge in the eyes causing refraction of light.
This discharge may be due to infection / inflammation of the conjunctive (transparent covering of the eyes).
You need to consult an eye specialist.
Antibiotic eye drops may be required.

Thanks and take care
