Cold Hands And Feet

Hi, I have really cold hands and feet for 3 weeks now...came on suddenly. It changes throughout the day from feeling normal to extreme cold. Sny thoughts?

need to get the blood levels of the thyroid hormone tested aldo the levels of triglycerides also. in the interim i would suggest you to keep yourself warm by using the room heaters and warm clothes
