Cold, Sore On Top Of Lip And Pinching Feeling In Vagina. What Could Be The Problem?

Okay so I just got a cold sore today on my top lip a couple hours later I started feeling like a itchy pinching feeling on my vagina the punching only happened twice in two different spots then stoped but its still itching I haven't had any sex for about a couple months I'm scared what's going on with me?

Hi,
From history it seems that due to itching there might be having bacterial infection giving rise to soreness and pinching sensation.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Apply triple acting cream locally.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
