A 13 year old boy complained of his heart hurting. He passed out. He later came home and layed down. He got up in the early morning and fell. He had let loose of his bowels and urine. He went back to bed and said he was tired. Later that morning he was flat on his back with his mouth open blood from his eyes, nose, ears, and mouth. What could have caused this?
