Can you tell me what "mild discgenic marrow changes in the C3 inferior endplate, chronic anterior wedging of the C5 and C6 vertebrae. Mild to moderate C3-4 moderate C4-5 mild to moderate c5-6 and mild c6-7 spinal canal stenses. No abnormal cord signal. Moderate to severe bilateral c3-4 and moderate bilateral C6-7 neural foraminal stenoses" what does this mean?

The MRI shows degenerative changes in the end-plate of the 3rd cervical vertebra.
There is long standing forward collapse (internal destruction and collapse) of the 5th and 6th neck (cervical) vertebrae.
Also there is mild to moderate narrowing of the spinal canal in the C3 to C6 vertebral levels.
At c3-4 and c 6-7 levels, there is narrowing of the holes through which spinal nerves exit the vertebrae on both sides.
There is no abnormality in the spinal cord 9the nervous tissue).

These are all degenerative (wear and tear) effects and need clinical evaluation as the neck vertebral affection can pose significant problems.

Please be guided by your spine/ ortho surgeon.
