Constant Burping, Nausea, Back Pain, Cold Like Symptoms, Loss Of Circulation In Buttocks. Any Ideas ?

I was sleeping and when i woke up my whole body couldn t stop shaking and trembling for over an hour. I felt freezing cold so i put sweaters and a large comforter over me but i still couldn t stop. i also got a massive headache right now but i stop shaking and i think i have a fever i took some Advil like 15 minutes ago. can you explain to me why i was shaking and tremeling so much?
