I'm constantly dizzy, I get tunnel vision and light headed usually when I stand up. My eyes are always shaking back and forth. I get migraines everyday and the pain is usually directly behind my eyes. I've had my eyes checked out and I still have 20/20 vision. I'm 19 and last year I got shingles on my fact, my eye swelled up and i had blisters covering my left eye, forehead, and skull. When I touch a mark on my forehead that hasn't gone away it causes a sharp pain in my eye.
1. The symptoms of dizziness, tunneling of vision and light headedness on standing is attributed to Postural hypotension, due to sudden pooling of blood in lower limbs & decreased blood supply to brain. It can be taken care of by maintaining proper hydration & nutrition status and monitoring of blood pressure levels
2. Pain behind the eye, aggravating on touching the shingles mark can be attributed to involvement of the nerves supplying the area, which is seen in individuals who had shingles. Kindly consult your Physician & get a proper clinical examination done including nerve conduction tests.
Wishing you a good health Take care
