Constant Irritation, Pain And Bleeding In The Anus. Had Anal Fissures. Permanent Cure?
I have constant irritation/pain in my anus part. one week before I was suffering with fissure , I hope, It is alright now. But Still blood is coming infrequent. Whenever it comes, aggravate the irritation/pain badly. Already Im concentrating on my diet . Suffering for past one month. Giving sitz bath thrice in a day. Please suggest me, what should i do to cure from this?

Thanks for query.
It seems that you are still problem of anal fissure.
Avoid constipation.If there is constipation, hard fecal material passes through fissure and will injure the healed fissure causing the problem again.
Take plenty of water and take more fiber containing diet.
Apply some analgesic,antibiotic cream on the part.
If infection is more then go for oral antibiotic medicine.

sitz bath does provide significant relief. you need to apply locally some antibiotic ,steroid -local anaesthetic ointment to reduce inflammation. if your stool is constipated take lactulose syrup at bed time
