Constant Mild Ear Pain, Urge To Pop Constantly Post Injury, No Bleeding Or Fluid Discharge. Suggestion?

My 3 year old stuck a lollypop stick into my ear. I took it out right away, but now I have pain. My ear feels like I need to pop it, or if there was water in there from swimming all day. There is no blood , or fluid coming out. When it first happened there was severe pain and I had to kneel down on the floor. I did not hear any ringing. Now, there is constant mild pain.
