Constant Pain From The Pressure Around Back Passage After Vaginal Hysterectomy And Pelvic Floor Repair

I had a vaginal hysterectomy and pelvic floor repair on Tuesday. I am in constant pain from the pressure around my back passage and really need to go to the toilet, but am unable to do so? When I push slightly I seem to bleed more. I am worried that I could be damaging the internal stitches?
