Constant Pain In Penis With Burning And Obstructed Urination, Sore And Painful Lower Body. What Could This Be?

At first it hurt to pee. It was like razor blades and burning. Then days later my whole penis is constantly aching and Still pee like razors. Then days later my body starts to ache and my skin is sore to touch. Feels like sun burn. Then my body starts to be really sore. Especially my hip area and butt bone. My legs are sore to walk. Still burns to pee but now I can't pee properly. The flow is not easy. I have to force out pee by straining or pee won't come out even if I'm busting to go. Now my butt cheeks are aching and I can't poo. I need to go but hurts to push and I can go. My whole lower body is in pain. Please help?

Welcome to HCM.
Your symptoms suggests severe urinary tract infection.
There might be passage of small stone in the urinary tract.
Start nsaid with dicyclomin to subside pain.
Complete course of proper antibiotic like cefixime,moxifloxacin.
Drink more water and other liquids.
Take proper local care.
Go for investigations like CBC,URINE,FBS,PPBS and USG abdomen to confirm the diagnosis.
Start treatment under guidance of your family physician.
