Constipated, Gas, Cramps In Lower Abdomen. Heavy Bleeding. HGB Low, Thick Endometrium. Done Ultrasound. What Is Going On?

I have been having heavy bleeding for the past few years and this last year my periods don't stop all month sometimes. My HGB has gone quite low sometimes. I have been on Bio-identical hormone replacement since last summer which has helped slow the bleeding but it has come back now. My ultrasound from 1-1/2 years ago says I had possibly at least one, maybe more fibroids, 1.5 x 1.3 x 1.4 cm. I have been getting some small cramping around my lower abdomen and I get very gassy and constipated allot and have been not eating gluten as this makes it much worse. I am also hypo-thyroid which complicates things. My doctor has suggested an ablation. I have read that this often doesn't work and can cause some pretty severe problems with a thick endometrium. How concerned should I be?

Hello,

Excess blood lost due to fibroid should be managed. Because anaemia will have ill effect of the enter system.
Hypothyroidism makes the situation complicated.
Constipation is due to hypothyroidism. Dose regulation on thyroxin is needed.
If you aren't convinced with the procedure then discuss with your doctor about it.
