sir, I am an marketing executive aged 59 yrs. for the past 3 weeks i have constipation problem. i experience bed wetting for the 3 weeks also. I thought bed wetting is due to constipation.am i right shall i consult health care persons for both? pl advise me. i am not diabetic BP is under control cholostral under control. but became week with in this 30days but no weight loss . pl help me out

You told that you are having history of Hypertension and high cholesterol level. Once you starts treatment for Hypertension You cannot stop without out the guidance of your physician. you must consult physician for that.
Secondly Bed wetting is not due to constipation,sometime it is problem of sleeping too deeply to be aware of bladder function.Some time due to deficiency of anti-diuretic hormone. There may be some other causes consult physician.
Constipation is one of problem for that you have to go through treatment. You should take laxative food. Gap between your food should not be more than two hours. and should be in small quantity. Avoid too much sitting .smoking ,heavy and oily food. take more water.
