Hello Dr. Samuel my name is Lakesha i have a few problems wrong with me. I stay constipated and always feeling bloated. I notice that my belly is larger than normal. I think i look 3 to 4 months pregnant. I have this bumpy de bump feeling in my chest and neck . It s kinda hard to explain but it doesn t feel normal. Its not there all the time, but i feel it the most when I m laying or sitting still. I take miralax and citrucel for the constipation . Sometimes i may use suppositories and enema s. I m just so tired of using things to use the the bathroom. I drink lots of water it just make me urinate all day. I love vegetables so i cant say i don t get enough. I just don t know what else to do please help.
