1-THERE IS MODERATE DIFFUSE DISC BULGE SEEN AT L3-4 LEVEL NARROWING BILATERAL RECESSES R>L IMPEINGING ON BILATERAL INFERIORLY TRAVERSING L4 NERVE ROOTS AND EFFACING THE RIGHT FORAMINA AND TOUCHING UPON EXITING L3 NERVE ROOT.
2-DIFFUDE DISC BULGES ARE SEEN AT L4-5 LEVEL INDICATING THE ANTERIOR THECAL SAAC, NARROWING RIGHT LATERAL RECESS AND TOUCHING UPON RIGHT INTRATHECAL TRAVERSING NERVE ROOT
THIS MRI WAS DONE TO EXAMIN CONTINUOS LOWER BACK PAIN AND LEG PAIN

Treatment options are diverse depending on the various goals. Medical treatment with anti-inflammatory drugs and steroids injections would help reduce the pain but would not improve on the underlying situation. Chiropractic techniques as well could help on symptoms but would not also change the underlying situation.
Your findings are a little serious given that there is already effect on the nerve roots. This is particularly serious and may warrant surgery which will be the definitive and optimal choice in your situation.
