Continuous Persistent Headaches. MRI, EEG, ECG, Abdominal Ultrasound, Eye Examination, Neurological Check Normal. Cause For Headaches?

continuous persistent headache for the last 30 years in a male patient. All reports including MRI, CECT brain, EEG , ECG , CxR (PA), U/S Abdomen + RU, XR Cx Spine, EYE Examination , ENT checkup, Neurological check & Blood Tests normal except high Triglyceride level. Psychiatry counselling taken. No relief. Many times headache better for some hours & re-occurs. Any advise please?

Present complaints and investigation findings are suggestive of "tension headache".....
Hot water fomentation followed by upper cervical spine mobilisation and manipulation (atlanto-occipital joint and atlanto-axial joint).... Then Myo fascial release technique (MFR) and gentle stretches to neck extensor muscles, sternocleido mastoid muscles (SCM)..... IFT (interferential therapy) and continuous mode ultrasound therapy...... Craniosacral therapy is one more advanced technique can be tried out....

Above physiotherapy treatments would definitely be beneficial for this case.....
