Continuous Pressure At Back Of Tongue Due To Tonsil Stones. How To Cure Completely?

Hi My name is Sachin. I am 34 years old.
I am suffering from Tonsil Stones. I continuously feel their presence at the back of my toung. Is there any medicine available which can permanently cure this.
Also I can feel cough stuck to my voice box which disturbs me when I speak. Are these issues related to each other.

I would advise such a patient to undergo a clinical examination by an ENT Surgeon to know the exact diagnosis and to find the root-cause .
