Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

At this age, Parkinson is usually not possible. As Well as you do not have any rigidity or slow walking movement, disturbance in walking.

But we have to think out the other possible brain and nerve disorders like Multiple sclerosis, Peripheral neuropathies.
compression of spinal nerve at cervical level may present with same features.
Still we have to rule out some easily treatable causes like low blood sugar , Stress, Anxiety, Hyperthyroidism etc.

If you are my patient, i will first check the Blood sugar, Thyroid profile, and basic routine examination at first visit.
If nothing is found, then i will prescribe some benzodiazepines like alprazolam and muscle relaxants and ask you to review after one month.

If still the problem persists, I will do MRI and CT scan of Brain and cervical spine to find the cause.
Depends upon the finding, i will start my treatment with the help of neurologist.

Hope this helps.
If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.
