Cough, Blocked Nose, Pressure In The Head, Dizziness. Taking Antibiotics For Sinusitis. Any Viral Infection?

Hi I have had a cough, blocked sinuses, pressure in the head and ears dizziness and completely lacking in energy for a long time since autumn. I had antibiotics for my sinusitis which went away. I have Bowes of feeling better maybe for about 1-2 weeks at a time but then the sptoms arrive again? Is this a virus I can't shift?

Hi,

If you have had long standing ENT related symptoms then you need to be thoroughly evaluated; usually, a viral infection stays for couple of weeks. Till you are able to get an appointment with teh doctor, you could try some simple methods such as steam inhalation to clear your nose and give you better relief on your blocked sinuses symptoms.
