Cough, Stuffy Nose, Tight Chest, Back Pain

Hey, So the past couple days i ve been getting sick i think. at first it wasn t much but a cough and then progressed into a stuffy nose and a tight chest , from there it went on to have a pain in my back under my right shoulder blade and hurt to bend over (same spot) that was yesterday i woke up today with a lot of energy and then as the day went on and i ate something i got really tired and towards the end of the day i lost my voice, then a small burning started right above my chest in the bottom of my throat
