
What Causes Back Pain Along With Muscle Twitches?

Question: I'm a 27 yo female. I have been experiencing right side/back pain for about a week now. Also have been having some miscle twitching. Otc mesications & heat have not helped.

It starts at my low rib area on my side and goes around to my mid back under my scapula. I did help lift a patient a week ago at work. Also is an aching pain that is pretty much there throughout they day.
