I had a tubaligation 7 yrs ago. The last couple of weeks I feel pregnant. I have had
regular menstrual cycles. And an at home test was negative. Could I have an abdominal pregnancy? I have a firm feeling in my abdomen and it feels like I feel lightening? Is this possible?

if your urine pregnancy test is negative you can take tablets for withdrawl bleeding.
abdominal preg gives positive urine test.
tubal ectopic is common after ligation.
