Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the deep vein thrombosis, usually been treated conservatively, the other causes may be the bacterial infection of the skin of the leg.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a color doppler for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to have resistance against such infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
