Could Abdomen Pain With Black Stools Be The Immediate Matter Of Concern?

My son is 14. He has had a stomached ache for 5 days. We gave him some Peptobismal for last we d and Thursday. his stomach still hurts and he says he has a black stool. Should we take him to urgent care or can we wait and see his pediatrician tomorrow? YYYY@YYYY
