My mother is a 60 year old was found bleeding 2 years back and was controlled on the same day.Again found bleeding after one year.Again 3 days back she found bleeding and we approached Doctor.Doctor advised us for Cervic Biopsy and USG scan.Biopsy report is yet to come and expected in two days time.Scan was taken and the reports are as below.
On Scan Report Impression is 01 .Mild hepatomegaly with diffuse fatty infiltration of the Lever
02. Utrine Fibroids
03.Rest of the Study is unremarkable
04.Suggested Clinico - laboratory correlation
The following are written as noramalUrinery bladder is normal in capacty & contours.Walls & contents do not show any abnormality
Retro-peritoneum is normal
Both the overis are normal
Spleen is normal in size
Uterus is anteverted and normal in size.Myometrial out line and echogenisity are normal.Endometrium is thickned 1.4CM there a Fibroid measuring about 3.7X2.7X3.5 Cms arrising from left lateral wall of the body of the uterus.
Biopsy test report is awaited.Kindly give us information on Cacer symtomps with the help of the above sacn reports.
Not mentioned about cervical cancer in the above USG Scan report.Can we suspect Cervic cancer.
Can we suspect only Endometrium cancer only as per the above scan report.If the cancer is found in biopsy,what is treatment to be carried for the patient.Kindly clarify us .Kindly do the needful
